Hotel Botticelli Florence

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the central markets and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful with giving directions and recommendations for things to do. The buffet breakfast was fresh and abundant, and they even accommodated my early start. I had a lovely and relaxing stay.

Great location! the hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from both the train station and the center of the city. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major landmarks and attractions.

That the windows faced a busy market street. This meant that there was some noise from the street, particularly at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore Florence. Additionally, it is virtually adjacent to the San Lorenzo market, providing guests with a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained and the housekeeping staff ensures they are spotlessly cleaned. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The breakfast options can be a bit boring, lacking variety.

Great central location, friendly and helpful staff, felt like part of Florence, simple but wide-ranging breakfast options, large room with high ceiling and decent furniture, bathtub and minibar.

The hotel's location is ideal, right in the city center and close to all the hotspots. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are cleaned daily and come with lovely large, fluffy fresh towels. The hotel also has a balcony on one of the floors, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and people-watching. the complimentary continental breakfast is a great way to start the day before heading out to explore.

The internet speeds at the hotel were quite slow.

We loved the location of this place! It was super close to everything that matters to tourists here, from the market hall to the main sight-seeing points. The staff were really friendly and helpful during our whole stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance all available here. Additionally, the room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar made our stay all the more comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a convenient location near the city center. It was a delight to wake up in the morning and see the bustling activity of vendors setting up their carts on the cobblestone streets by the central market. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful in providing directions on how to get there from the train station.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the personal touch from the hotel staff. They noticed it was my birthday and surprised me with a bottle of prosecco in my room, which was a lovely gesture. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of the train station, central market, Duomo, and Accademia. This made it convenient to visit all the main attractions without having to spend a lot of time traveling.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the hotel could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep.

Fantastic location, right by the Mercato Centrale and close to great restaurants. Cozy and quiet hotel with elegant furnishings and immaculate rooms. The air conditioning works perfectly and the hotel provides plenty of toiletries. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of choices, served by a friendly staff. a great hotel that we would consider staying at again in the future.

Staff friendly & helpful. Location near Mercato Centrale & train station. Nice single room. A/C & quiet for sleeping. Good breakfast & lunch box for trips. Spacious, clean room with daily towel/sheet change. Easy access to restaurants, transportation & churches. Helpful check-in staff and great shower.

Thank goodness for this place. The staff here made us feel so welcome and ensured our stay was special. The hotel is decorated with so much love and warmth, you won't want to leave. The breakfast area was our favorite, it felt like a cozy haven. I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it!
